Can I have a session face to face?

Yes, I have a residence in Sydney, Australia.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds 48hrs cancelation policy prior to your sessions or treatments. If you able to attend a session, then simply send an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. We aim to support you in any way we can, so you can feel relaxed and enjoy a great experience. We Guarantee 100% stratification.

I live outside of Australia, how can I still work with Krista?

We live in a great time with great access to technology, this makes the world a smaller place. I work with people all over the world.

What is expected of me?

You can profoundly discover your learnt behaviour from past infuences, challenges, without ACTION nothing will happen. There is a strong focus on action in every session. After each personal coaching session you will also have goals and actions to implement. Our focus is to support you and enable you to achieve your goals. This cannot be done without ACTION. You will also receive recommendations and possible other lifestyle guidance to ensure the benefits learned from your personal coaching carry over into the other parts of your life!

How dose a Phone and/or Skype session work?

So that you can get value from the session, you need to be able to give it your full attention. This means finding a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed or distracted. It also means that you are not doing anything else during the session, such as driving a car or doing your laundry.

If you are unable to give your full attention, the session may not be able to go ahead and will be forfeited, so please take your sessions seriously!
